Privacy policy

CC Radar (Cleaning Company Radar) is operated by Nitro Labs. This policy explains what we collect when you use ccradar.app and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: company name, email address, phone number if you add one, and the market and areas you choose.
• Billing details are entered on Stripe's checkout page. Stripe processes your card; we never see or store the full card number.
• How you use the portal, such as leads you mark as called or skipped, so your list stays the same wherever you sign in.
• A count of visits to our public pages: the page opened, the website that linked to it (the site name only) and the visitor's country. It is recorded without cookies and without storing your IP address.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one that keeps you signed in and one that remembers light or dark mode. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To provide your weekly leads and run your account.
• To bill your subscription through Stripe and send account emails such as sign in links and receipts.
• To improve the service and keep it secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site for us: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments) and our email provider. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and afterwards for as long as needed for billing, tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

You can see and update your details in Settings, and cancel in Billing. To request a copy or deletion of your information, email masani@nitrolabs.co.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you by email when the change is significant.
